1、 Product structure and production standards: This product consists of a compression nut, an upper gasket (cover), a can (kettle) body, an inner (gallbladder) lining, a lower gasket, explosion-proof plates, etc. Execution standard: HG/T3915-2006. Working temperature: ≤ 210 ℃. Work pressure: ≤ 3MPa (gauge pressure). Heating and cooling rate: ≤ 5 ℃/min. The PTFE liner can be filled with 70% volume of reagents. The shell material is high-quality stainless steel. The V-shaped sealing structure is lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE imported), and the sealing effect is stable and leak free for a long time. The cover fastening structure adopts uniform threads and is equipped with a kettle positioning device to facilitate the opening and sealing of digestion. This digestion tank adopts external heating method to reduce the volume, and the Liduo reaction kettle is at the same reaction operating temperature (such as heating multiple reaction kettles in an oven). Product specifications: 10 ml、25m、30ml、50ml、100ml、150ml 、200ml、250ml、300ml、500ml、1000ml。

2、 Instructions for use: 1. Unscrew the nut on the product. 2. Use your fingers to push out the inner liner at the bottom of the can, open the lid, and the PTFE inner liner can be filled with 70% of the reagent by volume. 3. Cover the inner beaker lid and place it in a stainless steel can (kettle). 4. Place the explosion-proof plate in place, and then cover the gasket (cover) with it. 5. Tighten the nut again. 6. Heat according to the calculated complete data of reagents and samples. 7. The temperature should not exceed 200 ℃. 8. After reaching the heating time, it should cool naturally. Attention: Do not open without reaching complete cooling. Never open under temperature and pressure. 9. After use, clean and dry this product in a timely manner for future reuse.
